In fact riding a bike is so chic and fashionable right now that there are plenty of blogs on the subject. Among these I must mention the lovely Rides A Bike blog, which features photos of old Hollywood actors riding a bike.
The Sartorialist too has shot dozens of pretty people all over the world together with their bikes. Even Olivia Palermo.
Fashion designers have been well aware of this trend for a while so, for those who can afford it, couture bicycles are available. Unfortunately they are not equipped with a satellite alarm system.
